‎10 THINGS TO DO TO REVERSE SPONTANEOUS HAIR LOSS

1) Cut out all bread products - bread is produced primarily with bromine, which offsets iodine in the body. M
ost people with hair loss share low levels of iodine. In addition, a great number of hair loss incidents are due to a fungal condition in the body. Bread is something that feeds fungi and we want to be sure to not increase the fuel on the fire.

2) Maca or quality Iodine supplement on 3 days, off 3 days, on 3 days, off 3 days, and so on until you see the results. Maca contains Iodine and, like all anti-fungals, kills the fungus that is eating away at the follicles. Iodine also helps to replenish the Thyroid system, which is often involved with hair loss. The 3 days off allows time for the body to eliminate the 'die-off' from the body without putting strain on the elimination organs and also gives the body time to recuperate.

3) Take a fistful of organic cilantro (either w/ a salad, on its own, in a juice / smoothie, etc.) a day for 5 days straight, starting ASAP. Cilantro helps flush out heavy metals, which microbes / fungi feed on. We need to clear their food supply out and this is a great way to help achieve that.

4) Try to cut out other items that feed fungi: sugar, alcohol, processed / boxed foods, anything in a gas station or fast food chain, tap water (breaks down natural flora / "good bacteria" in the body that balance fungal and microbe problems) and focus on real Earth foods as your new primary diet / food choices. Antibiotics and pharmaceutical drugs are known to include many heavy metals, again which feed harmful microbes, so avoiding them as best as possible would minimize this.

5) Cease using the hair products you've been using (shampoo, conditioner, hairspray, gel, etc.), find a 100% natural replacement (ideally an anti-fungal like tea tree oil), and invest in a shower filter to avoid any municipal chemicals from further disrupting hair growth.

6) Drink as much spring water as you can from the moment you wake up (32oz), throughout the day, and a glass before bed.

7) 2 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar a day in a glass of pure spring water w/ juice from half a lemon each day, perhaps even 2-3x a day. ACV acts as an anti-fungal / anti-microbial and contains an amazing concentration of so many items the body works better with by nourishing, eliminating toxins, and balancing ph.

8) Eat / drink / juice as many organic vegetables as possible... get the chlorophyll, phytonutrients, protein, antioxidants, etc fresh in your blood so that it is protecting your blood and body each day.

9) Avoid fluoride and chlorine (tap water, shower water, tooth paste, etc.) as much as possible. These break down beneficial bacteria that keep harmful microbes in check, offset your glands, deplete nutrition from the food you eat, and countless other negative potentials to the body.

10) Increase Manganese in the body... either through supplementation or food sources like Pine Nuts (handful a day). 1-2 tsp a day of Ceylon Cinnamon (aka true cinnamon, or sweet cinnamon) will also thwart many of the microbes, in addition to increasing glutathione levels (antioxidant) and balancing blood-sugar levels.
